Old Montreal's newest restaurant, Aix Cuisine du Terroir is located at street level of the Hotel Place d'Armes and is based on traditional French brasserie style and cuisine. Under the direction of award winning chef, Janick Bouchard, (two Ulysses awards and a DiRoNA award) entrees range between 18$ and 30$ .
